Cleen Detailing Winter Shop Grand Opening Giveaway
Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Cleen Detailing Winter Shop Grand Opening Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
1.1 Residency: The Giveaway is open to legal residents whose primary residence is in the Greater Ottawa Area.
1.2 Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
1.3 Exclusions: Employees, representatives, agents of Cleen Detailing, their immediate family members, or anyone residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2.1 Limit Per Household: Each household is limited to one (1) participant.
2.2 Entries Per Vehicle: Participants will receive one (1) Giveaway entry per vehicle entered, with a maximum of two (2) vehicles per participant.
2.3 Household Vehicles: Participants may enter a vehicle registered in another person's name (e.g., a spouse or child), provided that person resides in the same household.
3.1 Loyalty Bonus: Participants who have purchased Cleen Detailing's services between 2021 and 2024 will receive one (1) bonus entry per vehicle entered.
3.2 Regular Bonus Entries:
4.1 Random Selection: Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries at the end of the Giveaway period.
4.2 Verification: Winning participants will be required to provide proof of vehicle registration and primary residence within the Greater Ottawa Area to claim their prize.
4.3 Disqualification: Failure to provide the required documentation within seven (7) days of notification will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be drawn.
5.1 The Giveaway prize consists of services offered by Cleen Detailing, as outlined in the promotional materials.
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
5.3 Prizes include:
a) Two (2) FREE ceramic coating packages (value of $1199 each)
b) Five (5) 50% OFF ceramic coating packages (value of $399 each)
c) All participants receive a limited use and limited time "Participant's Voucher" redeemable for up to $500 in Free Bonus Services with the purchase of any ceramic coating service for any of the vehicles registered in the giveaway. A maximum of 50 Vouchers can be redeemed from the total pool of participants, after which all outstanding vouchers will expire immediately. Vouchers must be redeemed with a service scheduled no later than January 31, 2025.
The Free Bonuses are limited to:
i) Free Engine Detail ($75 Value)
ii) Free Coating Tier Upgrade ($200 Value)
iii) Free Level 1 Interior Detail ($125 Value)
iv) Free Wheel Coating ($100 Value)
6.1 Compliance: By entering, participants agree to comply with these terms and all decisions made by Cleen Detailing, which are final and binding.
6.2 Liability: Cleen Detailing is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized access to participant information during the Giveaway.
6.3 Modification: Cleen Detailing reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control arise.
7.1 Participant information will only be used for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize.
8.1 This Giveaway is governed by and subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
By entering the Giveaway, participants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
