Welcome to Cleen Detailing's Referral Partner Program. Participation in this program is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
Referral partners must be approved by Cleen Detailing, with the basic requirement of being a registered and insured business. Cleen Detailing will assess the service reputation and quality of a referral partner prior to making any approval.
Referral Process
Referral parters will provide the conditions under which leads will be referred (ex. cities, services, and postal codes). These conditions can be changed at any time by emailing [email protected]. If a lead requests to be referred and the conditions match the referral partners settings, then the lead information will be automatically distributed to the referral partner via email and SMS. Once the lead has been referred, the referral partner will be charged the commission for the lead referral. After the lead is referred, the referral parter is responsible for accurately marking the status of the lead as "Won", "Lost" or "Abandoned". For leads that are "Won" the subtotal of the final service amount must be entered. This ensures accurate tracking in the system, and allows both parties to understand the return on investment from the program.
Commission Structure
Referral partners will pay a fee for each lead that is referred. The fee will be a flat or variable rate based on the agreed upon conditions between Cleen Detailing and the referral partner.
Obligations of Referral Partners
Referral partners are obligated to respond to referred leads with a quote within 24 hours.
Intellectual Property
Once a lead is referred and paid for, the contact information of the lead becomes the intellectual property of the referral partner. This means that Cleen Detailing will not contact these leads unless they are first contacted by the leads directly.
Confidentiality
When a lead is referred through Cleen Detailing's platform, messages, emails, and call recordings will be accessible to both the referral parter and Cleen Detailing. The Cleen Detailing Platform must be used to communicate with the lead until the service has been scheduled, after which the referral partner is allows to continue communicating through their own private channels
Limitation of Liability
Cleen Detailing is not liable for any issues, claims, or damages caused to a customer or referral partner, resulting from the referral of the lead.
Indemnification
Referral partners indemnify Cleen Detailing against any claim that arises from engaging with the referred lead.
Modification of Terms
Cleen Detailing reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, with notice to participants.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the country, state, or province in which the referral partner lives.
Customer Issues
The Referral Partner must notify Cleen Detailing of any customer complaints or issues pertaining to a service completed by the Referral Partner.
Referral Disputes
A Referral Partner may dispute the eligibility of lead that has been referred within 24 hours of receiving it, so long as any attribute of the referred lead does not meet the Referral Partners' most recent lead acceptance criteria.
